Compensation:$80,000
Responsibilities:- Provide therapy services to assigned clients, adhering to evidence-based practices and ethical guidelines, with a minimum of 15 sessions per week
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, incorporating measurable objectives and appropriate goals
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care and outcomes for clients
- Continuously monitor treatment progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans throughout the therapy process
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client evaluations, treatment plans, and progress summaries
- Collaborate with external sources to create training programs tailored to the needs of the practice
- Provide supervision to the clinical team and sign off on all documentation for pre-licensed clinicians
- Must have an LMHC license
- Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience
- Strong knowledge and experience in outpatient mental health services are essential for this role
- The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of licensure regulations
